ENGINEERING REPORTS
ENGINEERING REPORTS AND INSPECTIONS
Clients or third parties may require an independent report, compliance inspections (Form 15/16), or investigation for a particular project or installation. BRIC Engineering is fully qualified to provide RPEQ certification and detailed Engineering Consultant-Reports in Queensland and all other states.
Throughout the construction phase, inspections are required prior to placement of any concrete to ensure compliance with Australian standards and the approved designs. Inspections are also required for framing, bracing and tie-down, and this should be done prior to lining the walls. Our team of RPEQ engineers will provide you with all Structural Specifications and Forms 15/16 for council approval.
With vast experience in local and international forensic engineering, we determine damage to structures by thorough investigation, assessment, and analysis of the structure. The root cause of structural failures varies and can be related to poor design, materials, and construction, unexpected loads, or material deterioration. We use information on the condition of the building to provide cost-effective solutions and recommendations necessary for rehabilitation contracts. We also provide dilapidation reports prior to construction.
